The ShockShaft F-1 In Action

The ShockShaft F-1

Shock Absorbtion combined with a forearm crutch with snow-skiing outriggers brings the revolutionary technology of the ShockShaft F-1.

Originally designed as a snow ski outrigger for physically challenged skiers, it soon became apparent that the ShockShaft design worked equally well as a forearm crutch.

The spring action allows the user to adjust comfortable to changing levels of terrain, shifting less body weight off balance and causing a great deal less impact to the wrists, elbows, arms and shoulders.

Since the ShockShaft F-1 was originally designed as a snow ski outrigger, a sports device that aids physically challenged snow skiers, it is also incorporated with the ability to quickly convert the crutch back into an outrigger. Within seconds, it easily locks back into its original design turning the crutch into a cutting edge, outrigger. Disabled athletes rave about now being able to adjust not only the cuff and outrigger length, but for the first time ever, they can custom set the travel, or "rake & trail" for their own individual needs with the new "No Limits Plate" that easily adjusts for three or four-trackers, monoskiers as well as junior skiers.

With the easy access lever, the No Limits plate can retract the ski tip to an 80 degree angle, giving the ability to push or pull the skier over difficult terrain.
The Swing-Free Cuff is incorporated for a white rubber-backed cuff with fully adjustable snaps and Velcro Strap. It wraps securely and comfortably around the forearm, adding strength, control and confidence.

The ShockShaft F-1 will enable its user to conquer the winter's steep and deep, take up the sport of skiing, and most of all, motivate them to move in directions they never thought possible.
