Shipping Policy and Rates

(1) All orders must be placed with a shipping address and contact phone number so that we can accurately quote the shipping costs.

(2) All orders will receive a 2nd reply email within 2 business days confirming their purchase and requesting a shipping choice and preferred payment method for the shipping charges. If we do not receive a response within 1 week and have not been given a phone number then we will automatically send an electronic invoice for the ‘Expedited*’ shipping option. Once the invoice is paid the order will be shipped. If still no response by 2 weeks the complete order will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.

*Expedited shipping is the least expensive method that provides insurance and tracking of the parcel.

Important Notice About Our Shipping Policy

Once your order has been placed & paid it will be processed and shipped within 2 - 3 Business Days. If your order is of a more urgent matter, please contact Deborah or Tracy directly (604-298-0236) and arrange to have it sent express - Serious rush orders only, please. There will beadditional charges for rush orders. Please note that we areunable to guarantee these shipments.

Please note that our shipping charges (for all orders) and taxes for Crutch Accessories, Skin Care and Sweat Control products (for Canadians only), are not added to your PayPal purchase at this time.

We will calculate shipping charges manually from our shop and include them on your final invoice and shipping documentation. 

Smaller purchases, such as crutch tips or accessories will receive substantially lower rates than those listed here. See our Small Parcel Shipping Rates below.
