Confirmation!Your order or inquiry has been received. We will contact you to complete the order.
(1) All orders must be placed with a shipping address and contact phone number so that we can accurately quote the shipping costs.
(2) All orders will receive a 2nd reply email within 2 business days confirming their purchase and requesting a shipping choice and preferred payment method for the shipping charges. If we do not receive a response within 1 week and have not been given a phone number then we will automatically send an electronic invoice for the ‘Expedited*’ shipping option. Once the invoice is paid the order will be shipped. If still no response by 2 weeks the complete order will be refunded less a 10% restocking fee.
*Expedited shipping is the least expensive method that provides insurance and tracking of the parcel.

If your order is of a more urgent matter, please contact Bev or Tracy directly (604-298-0236) and arrange to have it sent express - Serious rush orders only, please. There will be additional charges for rush orders. Please note that we are unable to guarantee these shipments.
